I have a compromised right shoulder from an old injury (break) to my upper humerus where it inserts into the shoulder girdle. Holding myself up to use the foam roller on my right IT band is extremely difficult and causes a lot of pain in that shoulder. Is there an alternative method for rolling my IT band that doesn’t involve holding up my own weight.

I purchased the adjustable massage roller. I can’t figure out where I find the downloadable exercise guide….
