During this unprecedented time where safety and cleanliness is of the utmost importance, we are no longer accepting returns or exchanges on open shipped products that have left the controlled environment of our warehouse. This precaution has been put in place to ensure the safety of all our customers. Should you have more questions in regard to this precaution please reach out to our customer service team at and we will work with you to get you answers or the best possible solution to any concerns. Please note that due to continued concerns about the coronavirus, we have also extended the return window to 60 days post purchase for all purchases of fully packaged/sealed items made between March 15, 2020 and June 1, 2020. Any order placed after June 1 will adhere to our standard 30 day return policy. Please note that due to precautions taken by the warehouse team to process your returned product, returns and refunds may take up to 4 weeks to be entered into the system.

When you buy directly from us, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase experience. We hope you love everything you receive from us, but if you’re less than 100% satisfied, you may return or exchange any item(s) provided they are unopened and unused within 30 days after your purchase. Please a contact customer service team member if your order is unsatisfactory or doesn’t suit your needs. We want to make it right for you, as quickly and easily as possible.

If we made an error on your order, or if your product is defective, please call or email us to request a free return shipping label. 

Please note purchases made at other retailers will adhere to their return policy, so please reach out to the store you purchased from in regard to returns or exchanges.

Fill out the return info on the back of your order form. Can’t find your order form? Download a copy of the return form.

Want to exchange it for the same or a different product? Let us know within 30 days of your purchase.

Step 2

Return the order yourself via USPS, FedEx or any other traceable method. We encourage you to insure your package.

***Since our warehouse has moved, please do NOT use any prepaid return labels included in your shipment. Please contact customer service with any questions or concerns.

Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We'll credit or refund the value of the items returned and any taxes you were charged less the original shipping charges. Please contact Customer Relations for more information regarding our return policies. Credit card adjustments should appear within two billing cycles.

  • Within 30 days of purchase, we will refund the original form of payment for online and phone purchases. Credit card refunds should appear within 5 to 10 business days on your online statement after they are processed.
  • Any returns after 30 days of purchase will not be accepted.
