Instructions to Return Items:

Step 1

Fill out the return info on the back of your order form. Can’t find your order form? Download a copy of the return form.

Want to exchange it? Let us know what you want and we’ll ship replacement products free – even if you add more items to your replacement shipment! (Oversize shipping charges may apply)

Step 2

Return the order yourself via USPS, FedEx or any other traceable method. We encourage you to insure your package.

***Since our warehouse has moved, please do NOT use any prepaid return labels included in your shipment. Please contact customer service with any questions or concerns.

Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We'll credit or refund the value of the items returned and any taxes you were charged less the original shipping charges and UPS Return Label return charge, if you choose this option. Please contact Customer Relations for more information regarding our return policies. Credit card adjustments should appear within two billing cycles.

  • Within 6 months of purchase, we will refund the original form of payment for online and phone purchases. Credit card refunds should appear within 5 to 10 business days on your online statement after they are processed.
  • After 6 months, a Store credit will be issued

Purchased a Gaiam product through one of our retail partners? If you need to return or exchange a Gaiam product you purchased at one of our retail partners, please return it to the store where it was originally purchased.
