I love it. It allows me to do a headstand without standing on my head. Since I have back problems, avoiding compression is important, and the Yogalift permits me to enjoy all the benefits of inversion without the dangers.

I've never done a headstand. I went to a teacher training where we did headstands with 2 chairs. I tried doing that on my own, and could not. With the yoga lift, I can! I had a neck fusion and this is how I can do my inversion while honoring my body. It is easy to do, and I feel perfectly safe.
Thank you so much for having this product available. It is a little pricey, but I waited for a sale and used my birthday money :)

New to yoga, I was very excited to get into my first headstand - only to find I had developed something like whiplash in the process. I thought I'd never invert again. Enter the Yogacise. It's effortless to reach a fully inverted pose with absolutely no pressure on the neck. (In fact, your neck gets a bonus stretch out of the inversion!) You still get a decent core workout, but without strain. Maybe it's not the cheapest gizmo around, but I find it almost priceless. Highly recommended.

If you want the benefits of inversion without the harm done by compression to the neck vertebrae doing headstands, or the difficulty of staying up doing a handstand - then this is the way to go.
The chair is very stable and getting up is effortless. The padding is perfect, so there is no discomfort to shoulders no matter how long you stay inverted. The chair folds up for storage - a simply process I've never used the bands that are included, but I'm sure there is a lot you can do with them to strengthen your arms.

I purchased the Body Lift hoping to use it as a tool to overcome my fear of inversions. With the initial assistance of my yoga teacher I am not only conquering my fear but starting to enjoy my daily inversion.
