I am retiring soon from office job & plan to have a small studio by next year. I was so excited when the Body Lift arrived. It took minutes to put together; then after watching the video (for safety) I was able to get into the headstand first try. When my husband saw me using the lift for exercises he became interested in using as well. So now he loves it too. So now there are TWO happy users for one price.

I was stunned at how the act of being inverted forces you to subtly hold those abs and obliques to keep from having a wobble. My shoulders can't take the inversion for more than 10 to 12 min at a time. They are getting stronger as are my legs from using them to scissor and lift. The bands are a nice perk but not why I use this. I find myself popping in my office to do a few minutes of inversion if I get a full day at home. Makes my back, hips feel great. There must be benefits to better blood flow to brain but I'm as crazy as I've ever been!

The best piece of equiptment ever. It really does what it says it will do, providing you with an inversion that doesnt compress your neck. I will be bringing this to my yoga students to have them give it a try:) Thank You GAIAM

I'm glad I bought this. I mainly use it for head stands. It doesn't take up a lot of room.

I am using this three-in-one prop for the headstand pose, as a meditation seat as well as for upper body weight training (dips, push-ups, bicep-curls etc.). Although I am able to do the headstand without a prop, the neck protection provided by the Body Lift enables me to stay in the pose longer. Also, I have started to experiment with additional abdominal exercises while in the upside-down position. In short, I definitely enjoy this prop in my yoga practice.
