Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic Workout I love this DVD! I can only make it through about 30 minutes right now, however I will make it all the way through the 60 minutes. At the moment my favorite pose/motion is Dolphin Pushups. Major ab work there, my abs and I have a love/hate relationship and this will help make that a love/love relationship. The workout did not leave me tired at the end, I was actually energized. Going to try for 40 minutes tonight. March 27, 2013
