A strong, healthy back is essential to you well-being and vitality. Through our often sedentary day-to-day activities – sitting at a computer, driving to/from work, relaxing on the couch – we weaken our otherwise healthy backs and develop poor posture. Yoga for Back Care was designed to strengthen your back and help counter the ill effects of our busy lives.

Through a series of stretches and postures, internationally acclaimed yoga instructor

Rodney Yee teaches you to develop a stronger, healthier back. As you progress through the workout, you’ll move from sitting to standing to floor exercises. Together, these exercises will help lengthen and loosen your spine for greater agility and flexibility.

Rated 5 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Instruction I would highly recommend Rodney Yee's Yoga work outs. I still use his back care yoga from VHS and have several of his newer ones. A Gentle workout and his voice is very soothing. January 9, 2014

Decades ago, I picked up a box of tile, carried it down a couple flights of stairs, missed the step on the landing, and separated my left ilium from the sacrum.

Skilled Chiropractic treatment has reduced the pain on a dozen occasions since, but never fully heals the injury.

Will this DVD show me how to get the job done?

For specific medical advice, diagnoses, and treatment, please consult your doctor. The DVD's can be returned even after viewing so the best thing to do is to have them review it.

I used to practice yoga daily starting with the AM dvd. I fracutured 3 lower vertbre when I fell 7 feet 4 years ago and had a small herniated disc. I also tore my liver. I am fully healed and believe daily yoga saved my back because it was so flexible. I am just now starting back. Would the back dvd be good for my back?

With pre-existing injuries it is always a good idea to check with your physician before starting any sort of physical regimens. However I have a feeling he will tell you that you will benefit greatly from it. This is a great dvd for gaining more back mobility.
