Rated 4 out of 5 by Easy, clear instructions, works Rodney Yee is clear and so relaxed himself that it comes through. Beautiful backdrop is helpful! This dvd is easy to do and medium paced. After doing it twice my back was improving (as in sharp spasms stopped). And after a few more my flexibility has improved slightly. The section about how to sit in a chair is helpful but I wish they'd added suggestions for how to sit on the floor too, and possibly nursing, and rocking a baby(aka holding a weight) for us family folks. December 3, 2009
