I am a 44-year-old man currently training for my first Ironman. I have had recurring issues with perpetually tight hamstrings for several years. I have taken yoga classes from several different instructors, some of which were much better teachers than other. This video tops them all! It really targets the muscle groups we athletes use regularly. After using this video once a week for three weeks (while training on other days of the week), my hamstrings have NEVER felt as good as they do right now. I can already tell a dramatic improvement in my flexibility. Weeks and weeks of yoga classes haven't given me what I've gained from just three hours with this DVD. I HIGHLY recommend this and will keep it as part of my weekly training routine from now until Ironman day, and probably beyond. There is one primary video (one hour long), which is what I have been using, but there are also several additional videos targeting more specific areas. This is well worth the money!

This DVD seems like it will be very beneficial for me as I am a runner. I have only had the chance to do one of the sections. It wasn't what I was expecting but I did enjoy it. It moved at a nice slow pace and I felt like I really benefited from the stretching it provided. I am hoping to watch the other segments soon.

This is a great workout to do before I bike or play tennis! Also, a good thing to do after these workouts as well.

I loved the different work-outs available for different sports, and the relaxation at the end is wonderful! This is my favorite running cross-training method!

I recently ordered this video after completing my first marathon. I am one of the least flexible people on the planet and know that if I built more balance and flexibility, that it would help my running and my likelihood of injury. I haven't seen improvement in my flexibility/range of motion yet per se, but I definitely feel less sore after runs using this video twice a week. It provides nice stretching and a relaxing experience.
