Rated 5 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Yoga for men & women It's short, yet powerful. Would be a great workout for body, mind and spirit for men & women. Highly recommended! May 10, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love it! I am using this dvd as one of my morning workouts. Since it's only about 30 minutes, it's quick and super-effective in the short amount of time. I switch it up between this and the Power Yoga: Flexibility dvd. I use these 2 workouts 4 days a week and then I do an hour-long workout for the 5th day in 5-day workout regimen. It's a little more intense than the AM workout for your week dvd. If I go to that dvd, I will do at least 2 of the 5 workouts for about 40 minute morning session. May 23, 2011

Answer:
I don't consider it beginner, however I don't consider it advanced either! I'm sure as a beginner, you could modify/skip poses. I have been doing yoga for about 2 yrs now - 5-7days/week, 30-60 minutes/workout. I still find it challenging enough to use as one of my early morning routines. I switch it up with Power Yoga: Flexibility. I find the Flex. dvd slightly easier, but still good and effective for a quick workout.

They are two different titles. We no longer carry Strength Building Yoga or Yoga for Strength (they are the same program) you can however find it on Amazon.
