I love this DVD. I've enjoyed doing yoga now for 12 years, and after trying countless different DVDs, these AM/PM routines still remain a staple in my practice. The routines are simple, but quite effective -- and at just 20 minutes each, they are easy to fit into a busy day's schedule. I highly recommend this DVD!

If I were stuck on a desert island with only one yoga video, this would be it. Ha. :) PM Yoga simply is the best way to wind down and get ready for bed, especially after a stressful day. I think it is appropriate for all levels - while Patricia demonstrates "completed" poses, she explains each pose in such a way that it is easy to adjust for your own body. This video was my first exposure to yoga, borrowed from a friend around 10 years ago. I did it every night, and after just one month, I was amazed at how much flexibility I gained without pushing myself. This was a beginning of a serious lifestyle change for me. Eventually, I had to give the tape back to my friend - I'm so glad I have it now on DVD!

The description on the website says AM PM Yoga for Beginners, but the actual product does not say it is for beginners. I found the PM stretches too hard - my body just doesn't move this way! And there were no alternatives for those of us who can't make the moves. I'm going to return this for something more my level.

I had this in VHS until my tapes broke. I love this workout to start my day and end my day and couldn't wait to get it in DVD. I feel stronger when doing these simple stretches. Worth every penny.

This was my very first Yoga video and I love/loved it! Its a great SHORT yoga workout to get you relaxed or get you going in the morning! I love combining it with cardio or pilates! If you are a beginner or just want a little taste of yoga everyday, I would recommend this!
