I was so intimidated by all the sleek yoga bodies and impossibly flexible poses in all the Yoga journals -and Yoga class/studio. This DVD was such a wonderful find for me as a beginner. The practices are not only make you feel wonderful but also are a great foundation for a more advanced practice later on. Begin. You'll be glad you did!

I absolutely love this video. I am a big fan of Rodney Yee. I really enjoyed the way the video is organized by different yoga poses. Breaking down the poses into twists, forward bends, back bends, etc, is awesome!!! I wake up every morning early in order to get this video in before work. It is the only thing that has ever gotten me up early :) Plus the length of the video is perfect.

I loved this DVD so much I bought extra copies for friends, it is a truly a "must have". Patricia Walden and Rodney Yee guide you through the practice clearly and concisely. The level of difficulty was just right and poses very appropriate for the time of day advocated. You will not be disappointed with this DVD.

I love this DVD. I've enjoyed doing yoga now for 12 years, and after trying countless different DVDs, these AM/PM routines still remain a staple in my practice. The routines are simple, but quite effective -- and at just 20 minutes each, they are easy to fit into a busy day's schedule. I highly recommend this DVD!

If I were stuck on a desert island with only one yoga video, this would be it. Ha. :) PM Yoga simply is the best way to wind down and get ready for bed, especially after a stressful day. I think it is appropriate for all levels - while Patricia demonstrates "completed" poses, she explains each pose in such a way that it is easy to adjust for your own body. This video was my first exposure to yoga, borrowed from a friend around 10 years ago. I did it every night, and after just one month, I was amazed at how much flexibility I gained without pushing myself. This was a beginning of a serious lifestyle change for me. Eventually, I had to give the tape back to my friend - I'm so glad I have it now on DVD!
