Rated 4 out of 5 by cj1967 Easy short practices
I owned this video on VCR since it was made in 1999. The DVD is unchanged which is great. It's my go-to practice when I am low energy and want to stretch. The video has no promotional ads and goes directly to the practice unlike the newer videos.

Rated 5 out of 5 by GUATEGRINGA A GREAT WORKOUT!
I am 72 years young and in Antigua, Guatemala where I am working as a missionary with poor children. I found AM Yoga years ago in a DVD rental shop and have memorized it. The voice and music blend in to really make you feel the body responding.
I am very flexable thanks to Yoga.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Zippie Variety in yoga practice is helpful.
Since I use several of Rodney Yee's DVDs, another option is appreciated for a variety of daily practices.

Rated 3 out of 5 by 55MOM Nice Stretches, but not much of a Workout
Feels nice to stretch out, but a bit too easy for a moderate yogi. Patricia Walden does the PM yoga and her voice is quite monotone. Would have preferred a videa with Rodney doing both workouts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jemster The foundation of my day
I originally had this video in the mid-90s and through various moves lost it and in turn my yoga practice has fallen by the wayside. A few months ago I bought Rodney's "A.M. Yoga for Your Week" and have been using that. It's a great video but I wanted this video back so I went ahead and bought it.
I use this video every day. Very gentle poses that get you in the right frame of mind and helps out your body as well. It now goes by so fast it seems more like five minutes has elapsed than twenty. Great video and I can see myself using it for years to come.
