Rated 4.8 out of 5 by 25 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love it so much bought it for a friend I've been using this AM/PM Yoga DVD on an almost daily basis for years. When my friend and I were together, she used it too. She loved it so much, I got a copy for her for a gift. February 24, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Feel completely revitalized! I have been struggling with high blood pressure for the past several years. At 32 years of age the doctors are stumped to what could've caused this. I am not overweight, I don't drink or smoke, etc. After a rough day one week (and extremely elevated blood pressure) I decided to pull out my old VHS tapes of AM/PM yoga with Rodney Yee and Patricia Walden. I felt an immediate sense of relief after stretching and relaxing. My blood pressure went down drastically and I find myself in a much better mood throughout the day. I have decided to go ahead and upgrade to the DVD's as my tapes have seen there better days and I am excited to have these sessions be a part of my daily routine. April 27, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Rodney is awesome! It really comes across that Rodney has an abundance of passion for his craft and that helps him reach his viewers with great effectiveness. I love his little pep talk in the beginning that emphasizes the importance of taking time to center yourself and the very doable exercises are just right before starting the day. If you have any issues with your back or hips, this is the perfect regimine to employ. Highly recommended! January 9, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Favorite I primarily use the AM portion of this and not always in the morning. I find it refreshing anytime. I first got it on video years ago and have tried a lot of different yoga tapes and dvds and it's still my favorite and I always go back to it and just gifted myself the DVD version. I like the new DVD format where you can choose which portions of the routine you want at any given time; whether it's the yoga or the meditation or both. July 19, 2010
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not what I thought I was looking for a Yoga workout that was not too difficult and this isn't but it is effective. I was hoping for something a little longer and that is where it fell short. The AM yoga is the better of the two but just not long enough to give me any benefit. July 18, 2012

A.M Yoga for iPad

My wife and I have been doing AM yoga for years. We would like to have it on our iPad for when we travel. We travel light and don't want to have to take the DVD with us, although we have in the past. We no longer have a laptop and most hotels don't have DVD players.

Answer:
At this time none of Gaiam's DVD's can be ripped onto a hard drive for use on portable devices. The only option right now for mobile devices without a DVD player is Gaiam TV or the video downloads available on Amazon.

I purchased your Yoga for beginners and I am having a difficult time folding  knees.  They are just too tender and I feel like I am going to rip something.  Can you recommend anything for me in your line of videos taking  arthritic knees into consideration.  I need to strengthen my body.  I am 56 and am 5'9 - 178 pounds

Answer:
I would recommend picking up our Mayo Clinic Arthritis Wellness Solutions DVD on it there is a yoga routine that is specifically designed for arthritis relief.

The other DVD you should consider is our Strong Knee's DVD which is specifically geared at developing knee strength.

I actually got the AM/PM DVD but don't care for it as much because it doesn't go over all the different poses like the Beginner Yoga DVD does.

Any suggestions please!! Thank you!!

Answer:
I would say it is time for a book. Mr. Yee has several. Check out the one "8 weeks to balance (or similar to that). I take each day of his program and do it for a full week. So by the end of the first week you will have been in it for one month. The book gives you explanations, varriations, and ever increasing challenges. By the end of the 8 (months), you will be ready to answer that question very well, with your own personalized program. (made by you)

Answer:
There isn't a sequential order to our DVDs. Any of the beginner DVD's would be a good next step. However if you want another DVD that goes really in depth I would recommend 91-0216 Yoga For Beginners DVD with Patricia Walden. You can send back AM/PM Yoga if for an exchange or refund if it isn't to you liking.
