I love "Power Yoga Total Body Workout DVD" with Rodney Yee but the music is driving me crazy.
Can I purchase another copy without the (annoying, highly repetitive) music? This is a great instructional DVD but the music is a drag.
This DVD includes shorter yoga workouts that can be combined in a progressive sequence so that you can customize the ultimate yoga workout. You also have the option of performing each practice individually, for an express-style workout.
