Not only this DVD but the 6 others I recently purchased qualifies for the best Yoga for me. Years ago I came across AM and PM Yoga practiced with it occasionally and forgot about it. I have taken many live Yoga classes since then, but recently I wanted something different. I remembered Gaiam and Rodney Yee and headed for the internet. I have not been disappointed: these are not only physical and mental but spiritual in nature. I have benefitted so much overall in a short time an never felt better. These support my meditation and I want to thank Rodney Yee for his calm and spiritual way of presenting the information. Very glad I found these again.

I've been practicing yoga for over ten years and found this DVD to be challenging and invigorating. The setting is beautiful and the workout is well narrated. The only pose this 57 year old body found too difficult was the upward bow (back bend). I do a bridge pose instead...for now.

I've used yogas videos for years and this one is definitely my favorite one from Rodney Yee. It's an intermediate level, and it offers quite a vigorous workout that is perfect for starting the day and feeling energized.

I've been doing yoga for a couple of years and enjoy it very much. I got started after purchasing and completeing the P90X workout series. I was intriqued by the yoga workout and bought a couple more yoga DVD's. This one is very satisfying and an excellent workout. I've seen most of the moves, but there are a couple of stretches that are new. I like the music and the narration, which is very purposeful.

I really love this video. I am new to Yoga and this is definitely an intermediate level workout. I have been able to work through the whole hour, but I still haven't managed to hold the back bends as long as Rodney does. This workout has given me very strong arms after only using for a few weeks. I use 1-2 times a week for good detox workout combined with a.m. Yoga three days a week.
