I had mixed feelings about trying Cardio Yoga (formerly Yoga Dance Fusion) because I have not been a fan of traditional class-style cardio workouts in the past. While I'm sure that this video will be great for some, it's too much like an aerobics class for me. I found that the routine alternates very quickly for no instruction to lots of instruction in a short space of time, which can make the routine difficult to follow.
In short, the routine was not for me, but it is still a quality routine if you're into fusion workouts.

AHHHH.. if you are a beginner i highly recommend the dvd for you..this disc alone is a great day to day practice and you WILL get a strong core. a bit challenging but very doable. love her coaching style and really "gives" you positive support.. do yourself a favor if you are starting ...BUY THIS DISC......Namaste

I have had this video for years now through my off and on spurts of working out and it is always something I can complete but I am always tired at the end and challenged. I do like the 30 minute "express" workout better than the full 60 minute work out which I think is too easy but I guess they are trying to pack the same results in shorter time which makes it harder. If you like yoga, this is a really fun way to do all your favorite moves but in a fast paced manner to keep your heart rate up and burn calories.

I absolutely love this vinyasa workout; I use it two or three times per week. It is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners. The 55-minute segment seems to be a more effective workout for me, with more of the actual "flow" aspect of yoga. The 35-minute segment is too rushed and fragmented for my taste, and does not give me the same feeling of well-being and relaxation that I obtain from the 55-minute workout. I love the way Patricia Moreno combines classical dance with yoga. It's an overall great workout.

The longer ~55 minute segment feels so good. I love doing it - sometimes I break it into 2 shorter segments because of time and energy.
The shorter ~30 minute segmenti is challenging but I love doing the moves in the manner she shows - 3 times going through the movements then putting them all together.
