Rated 3 out of 5 by A little disappointed I have mixed feelings on this DVD set. Yoga for Athletes was disappointing. There was nothing out of the ordinary in this set. It was a typical yoga class with basic poses. Yoga Burn was great for the mind but I wouldn't use the term burn to describe what it does for you. The last DVD was okay but not stellar. For the price, it's a good value but it was not what I was looking for. April 29, 2012
