I have fibromyalgia and carpal tunnel, so have been hesitant about rejoining my yoga class. Seane's encouragement for us to have a sense of humor about our practice is valued. Am still working on disc 1. I love it!!! My yoga practice is twice a week right now. Seane's love for yoga and her words keep me moving.

First let me start by saying that my husband and I have been doing vinyasa yoga for only about 2 months now. We've been trying a variety of DVDs to keep it interesting and to learn. While the 1st DVD was very instructional and helpful in the detail that she goes into, she never puts the whole thing together for you so that you can learn the flow. So one would think that the 2nd DVD would cover that; however that would be wrong. The 2nd DVD is simply her going through her routine. There's no voice over so that you can follow along and know what to go into next. The only thing you hear is her breathing. Maybe that's helpful to someone out there, but I need to hear what the next move is since you can't always see what's going when you're in certain positions. I definitely won't be using this video again.

Seane's Vinyasa Flow DVD takes one through her instruction as if she is right there in the room with you. Her class is slightly more difficult than beginner, but if you keep at it, you will find that even as a beginner, you can keep up and end up feeling exhilarated from the challenge. The second DVD incorporates breath and touches the true sense of yoga. I use this DVD when I am feeling energized and ready for yoga at an honest and intimate level. I look forward to more from Seane. I have fibromyalgia and have come to be able to approach her teachings with a sense of humor and honesty. Thanks, Seane.
