Rated 2 out of 5 by Not impressed I am in fairly good shape and have been using exercise videos for years. I was very disappointed in this one. The trainer rarely counts, his transitions are confusing, the banter is very awkward and amateurish, and you have to be absolutely facing the video at all times as he isn't cueing so you don't know how fast he is doing the exercises. I understand that perhaps Valerie wants it to appear casual, so that more people will join in, but with rare counting and poor cueing, I don't think it is good for beginners. So much of the moves are lunges so it is hard on your knees. I have exercise videos from Gilad, and even The Grind from MTV and they are superior with great cueing, great exercises, wonderful cueing and easy to follow with music that matches it perfectly. Rated 1 out of 5 by Not well made Not in sync with music. Trainer doesn't seem to know what to do next. Very hard on people with any knee or back problems. And I never got past the beginner stage since I started having pain. I am a seasoned exerciser (Fitness centers, pilates, worked and instructed at Curves) and this was one of the worst exercise videos I've ever seen. Sorry Valerie. November 18, 2009
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Purchase I love this work out so much that I recommend it to all my friends. November 18, 2009
Rated 4 out of 5 by A little disappointed Overall it is great workout. However the intermediate workout is only 28 minutes and it is advertised to be 40 minutes. And there are no cardio bursts in the workout. November 17, 2009
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fun for sure! Not a really tough workout, but an enjoyable add to the week! Adding all the workouts together, 20 min, 40, min and both ab workouts makes for a good day! November 17, 2009
