Rated 5 out of 5 by Feels good I tried the Tommie Copper knee brace and it did nothing, so I returned it. This knee brace does seem effective when my arthritic knee is acting up. It feels comfortable and comforting, and I forget it's on. However, I haven't yet tested it in the warm, humid weather typical of my area, since we haven't entered spring yet. I hope it won't be sweaty. March 26, 2013

We no longer carry the size small. I have included the measurements for our knee braces below. Simply measure around your knee cap to find the right size. You may find that the medium is small enough!

I got a M and it's a little snug, and am wondering if it will stretch out a little or if I should just get a L? Hoping to wear it while I am on the treadmill/elliptical trainer, so I'd prefer it not be as snug as it is right now.

Yes.they can not be washed out. For best results machine wash in cold water and hang dry. You can put it in the dryer too, but it may shrink you would want to make sure and pull it out before it dries completely and use a low heat setting.
