There is a menu where you can pick and choose  up to 9  work-outs.   There is really something for everyone and I love how they've mixed Yoga and Pilates. You can also play the whole DVD start to finish if you like. It's great!   March 3, 2014

Ten different workouts: upper body, lower body, core, Pilates, and yoga--one short version and one longer version of each. Great variety and a super workout for intermediates or pros. Motivating and enjoyable (in a hard work way). I'm new to Pilates and found the workout to be both a surprise (I liked it) and a challenge (a long way to go before I can even begin to do what the instructor is doing). The workouts can be done without equipment or special tools; even the upper body weight workout is effective without any weights if you just concentrate on what you are doing. You can also add weights if you wish. And the price for this DVD is a great bargain for what you get. The Cardio instructor is amazingly motivating; she makes it great fun. June 16, 2014
