There is no resistance to pound conversions available. With any resistance band, the amount of perceived exertion or weight lifted will vary based upon where you are holding, and how you are using the band.

By nature the variable resistance bands provide a different amount of force depending on how many inches the cable is stretched. The actual force created by the band changes throughout the movement as the band becomes elongated, creating what is called variable resistance. This is why a band rated at 20 lbs. may feel different than using a dumbbell that weighs 20 lbs. With this being said that is why we do not have a weight listing because it isn’t really an accurate conversion.
The bands included are going to range from a similarity to working with a 5 to 10 pound weight on the light resistance, medium resistance is similar to working with a 10 to 15 pound weight, and the heavy is about 15 to 20 pounds. Again those weights aren't really super accurate as there is no actual conversion.
