Rated 5 out of 5 by Best for my muscles I dance en pointe and exercise a lot so I need to stretch out my muscles and this works very well September 17, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this item! I was just diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my neck and lumbar, so you can imagine the pain I endure each day. Especially when my day is spent on a computer. I have been going to Physical Therapy 2x a week and my therapist is a big time yoga and pilates person. She actually turned me on to this product and I could not be more pleased! It strectches my spine out in all the tight places! June 29, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by must have staple I have used this item in the studio many times and decided it was time to own one of my own. It is a great stretching tool, but an even better stabilization tool. If you are an avid core worker you can't live without this. June 6, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for stretching and smoothing out areas! Before I bought this, I had used something similar to this at the gym for stretching and popping the spine by rolling back and forth. When I got this it was a lot thicker in diameter and so it was hard to use at first. I use it to smooth out knots in my back. I use it on my inner and outer thighs, especially the outer thigh side near my butt. I just lie down and put it under the body part that needs to be stretched or smoothed out and then roll back and forth over the area. It helps break up and smooth out the fatty cellulite area and even though it hurts at first, it gets better each time I use it. February 22, 2010

Answer:
The roller should last you a while (a year or much longer). As long as it doesn't have any dents in it that will not pop out or pieces falling off of it you can continue to use it.

Answer:
This roller is pretty dense. I don't have an exact rating but you can stand on it without it permanently denting.

Answer:
You will want to go with one that is 6" in diameter. However the length depends on your storage space. I recommend the 36" length as it is the most versatile.
