by moabchick Fabulous Eco-Friendly Swiffer Alternative!!!
I love this wet/dry spray mop! I have been using a DIY converted Swiffer Wet Jet with handmade washable fleece pads for a while now that has had one difficulty after another... the pads pull off the velcro, the bottle leaks, the batteries corrode and finally the handle broke. After a lengthy search, I found this spray mop and it is exactly what I wanted! NO batteries, no bottles, no waste! It can be used wet or dry, handles smoothly, the pads are easy to install/turn-over/remove and the pads can also be used for dusting, etc. This should replace every Swiffer-type mop on the market... the initial investment is quickly offset by not having to buy replacement (chemical) cleaners, pads and batteries. I highly recommend this to anyone considering the switch!

Rated 5 out of 5 Convenient and Eco-friendly Mop
I have been really happy with this mop and how easy it is to use. I had another similar "spray" mop with disposable pads. I hated creating the waste and I really hated the smell of the mop solution that I was forced to use. This mop allows me to make my own solution and to reuse the microfiber cloths, but is as easy to use as my last mop. The cloths wash beautifully in the washing machine, and the five that come with the mop are plenty for me to mop my concrete and hardwood floors. My only request would be for the company to sell just the liquid container so that I can easily switch out the solution during the same mopping session.

I have been struggling cleaning my vast tile floors for years and do it feeling good about the use of chemicals. This Mop is just great -- white vinegar and water and it works!! thank you

The mop works great. I really like being able to use whatever cleaning product I want - vinegar and water has been perfect.

I live in the desert with a white tile floor. It needs to be mopped at least twice per day, usually three or four times. I was using an old ringer mop, but it was not getting my floor clean. The cloths are wonderfully absorbent. I would've never used a product like this that used disposable cloths or pads. I am getting a wonderful clean floor without contributing to the land mine. It sounds silly, but it is really making my life so much more pleasant. I also love that I mix my own cleaner in the container and nothing is thrown away. The only way I could be happier is if someone came over here and mopped for me!
