I just added this to my Rodney Yee and Suzanne Deason DVD;s. I loved the workout-as challenging as you want to make it and helps me stay centered and focused. Rodney Yee DVD's have helped me restart my life in such a positive way during and after an excrutiating divorce. I am now more fit and balanced than ever in my life, and excited about the possibilities opening up before me. I know I wouldn't be where I am today without the benefits of daily morning practice (I figured if I couldn't sleep I might as well get up and do yoga. I can sleep now, but will never give up my morning practice, every day. I wish I could thank Rodney in person for how much he has helped me. I'm sorry, I can't help getting a little emotional about the positive influences he has had.

I own all of Rodney's DVD's and this is my absolute favorite!! The more I practice, the better the DVD becomes!! I highly, highly recommend this DVD!!!

The way the video is shown it gives you motivation to work. The video is challangeing enough that I have had to do it in small steps and broke it down to where I'm trying one pose a day, but eventualy I will work up to do the whole video. Its started to streach out parts of me that havent been streched in years. I'm a work in progress.

I purchased this DVD, hoping that it would help my lower back & sciatica. I never dreamed that it would begin a new practice and love of yoga! It was very hard to do at first. Two years later, I still use this DVD inbetween Ashtanga yoga classes. It's a gentle practice for me now, very calming, and strengthening.

This is a good video. It think the title is a little misleading in that it makes one thing about the "burn" no pain no gain kind of mentality.
It is much more than this really. He moves slower between poses but does not hold them longer than with his other workouts.
I find this enjoyable and at the end I feel energetic and ready to go not really taxed and tired.
I have about half a dozen of his workouts and like this one a lot.
I prefer the hour long non stop workouts vs the 20 minute am workouts but I like those too.
So far my favorite is the total body workout.
