Rated 1 out of 5 by Rodney Yee's Yoga for beginners I was very disappointed in this dvd. It was definitely not for beginners unless they were in great shape! Rodney and his parther moved very quickly through the poses, as if the viewer were familiar with them. They also assumed a great degree of flexibility in the viewer. I only saw a few modified poses for those less flexible or with physical limitations. October 19, 2009

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Start! The pose training is the best part of this DVD. It's very informative to get the poses right. They also point out common mistakes which really help me keep a mind on that. This was an excellent start for someone who knows nothing about yoga. It covers a ton of basics. I did the short am and pm workouts a few times. But after a few times, they were too easy and short for me to keep doing them. I quickly move on to more challenging yoga workouts. But this DVD can really get your feet wet! August 3, 2009

Rodney and Colleen offer advice on how to avoid mistakes in allignment and an immediate physical benefit was felt. Both of their instructing was motivating and empowering. April 24, 2009
