Rated 5 out of 5 by Very happy with this purchase. It was everything that the description said it would be. March 1, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love This DVD I have used this series for years. I originally began using it when VHS was all that was available. I was very exciting when it came out in DVD! I have suffered with a herniated disc in lower back for many years and this is the best yoga DVD I have ever used. It has segments that are only 8-10 minutes in length but very effective. I can always find 8-10 minutes to do at least one of the sessions and choose which one based upon my needs for that day. Great for beginners, but also great for a quick yet effective healing time for my body! April 22, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very Useful/Low Intensity While Rodney Yee offers much more physically demanding yoga courses such as his "power yoga" this dvd is very accessible to beginners, the elderly, and those with physical weakness who still want to move in a way that is pleasing to the body and relaxing for the mind. I love it! March 22, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful headache relief. I have several of Rodney Yee's DVD's and have found them all to be quality presentations. This video is a great way to focus on a particular need. I find the fatigue and headache routines most helpful. February 8, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by dvd for most people This dvd is interesting. I have tried them all even though I don't have some of these ailments. I like the ideas and movements behind this dvd. Most poses are easy. Each section is less then 10 min long so it's easy to pop it in and get to the section you need. I'm already recommending this to my friends because its really not work out yoga it's healing gentle movements that most people could handle. January 27, 2011

I have a vestibular condition and suffer severe balance issues. I am looking for something I can do to exercise and help with other issues that come with chronic illness. Before I purchase this I need to know if I will be able to perform all aspects of it.

Answer:
All yoga will help with joints however you will want to listen to your body because some poses may cause joint discomfort, these poses are different for everyone. You will want to skip over that pose, or drop by your local yoga studio and ask how it can be modified to take the stress of that joint.
