As with all of Rodney's DVD's / programs this one is well thought out, polished and great! I wish I could take one of his classes in person! This particular DVD gives you different programs to target different areas and they are each under 30 minutes! After work I can do one workout, a 10 minute meditation and still get dinner on the table at a resonable time! Thanks!

I personally own over thirty yoga, pilates, and t'ai chi DVDs (mostly yoga). The "AM Yoga For Your Week" is by far the best of them all. One may use each of the five workouts on their own, or like I do, use one as a warm up for a longer workout. I personally choose one each day and then follow it up with the "Gaiam Yoga Club Lesson of the Day." It is a great combination. I have learned so much from the Yoga Club audio lessons and pose guides. I have fibromyalgia and chronic back pain and live forty miles from the closest town (Taos, NM). One can see how I don't get out much. The AM Yoga DVD starts off each and every of my practices. Today, I do Forward Bends and then my Graduation Practice from the Yoga Club! I feel so confident now in developing my own home practice. Highly recommended. And Rodney, really, where do you get the shirts that you wear on this DVD!! :)

Rodney Yee's A.M. Yoga DVD is fantastic. His instruction is easy to follow. The scenery is magnificent. I feel so relaxed after. It is the perfect way to start the day.

Once again, Rodney gives us another quality yoga program to follow. My husband & I both like it. He's considerate, if one is a beginner, is challenging for the more experienced and is thorough. I feel like I've been to a class when I finish this routine.
