I love the flexibility of choosing a particular focus, and whichever one is selected, inevitably it leads to doing more than one 20-minute work-out. Whether one does a 20-minute practice, or, time allowing, moves into a 40-60 minute practice, this DVD will leave one refreshed, relaxed and ready to greet the day. October 21, 2009
