I started my a.m. yoga a couple weeks ago, and I really am enjoying this in the morning. I look forward to it and I already feel the benefits during the day. I am so glad I purchased it, I had been picking it up and almost buying it for months, I should have done it sooner!

I like that each session reaches and focuses on a different part of the body. I stagger my cardio, Pilates and weight workouts; and the varied a.m. yoga sessions fit right into my "mix-it-up" regimen. 20 minutes are easily worked into my mornings.

I have used this DVD for about two years now and I still enjoy it. I have used these in the morning or before bed. The programs have helped me maintain/gain flexibility and just more mindfulness of my body and its needs. Rodney's cueing is outstanding, and the reminders he gives aid in achieving proper position, breathing, and relaxation. I have purchased these DVD for others as well. It is outstanding!

This is a great way to start the day. I'm a beginner when it comes to Yoga but these workouts don't make me feel like I don't know what I'm doing. Rodney's narration is so great that I don't really have to watch the video...I can just listen to him. Sometimes I'll peek at the video to make sure I'm doing it right.
I have a 3 year old so quiet times in the am with just me and Rodney and his beautiful scenery is a great way to start the day.
