I stagger my cardio, Pilates and weight workouts; and the varied a.m. yoga sessions fit right into my "mix-it-up" regimen. 20 minutes are easily worked into my mornings. February 13, 2010

The programs have helped me maintain/gain flexibility and just more mindfulness of my body and its needs. Rodney's cueing is outstanding, and the reminders he gives aid in achieving proper position, breathing, and relaxation. I have purchased these DVD for others as well. It is outstanding! Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice and to the point This is a great way to start the day. I'm a beginner when it comes to Yoga but these workouts don't make me feel like I don't know what I'm doing. Rodney's narration is so great that I don't really have to watch the video...I can just listen to him. Sometimes I'll peek at the video to make sure I'm doing it right. I have a 3 year old so quiet times in the am with just me and Rodney and his beautiful scenery is a great way to start the day. January 16, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great 20 minute practices I loved the setting, music, ambiance and of course Rodney Yee's voice and presence. It's so neat to be able to choose which workout to do based on the particular tightness or mood I'm in that day. The only drawback is that first thing in the morning I am the VERY LEAST warmed up and limber I'll be all day so starting off with yoga right after rolling out of bed isn't my best performance. I am going to try this at the end of the day, either when I get home from work, or just prior to bedtime wind-down. January 16, 2010
