These 20 minute workouts are a great way to get your yoga practice back on track. Even if you have a tight schedule, you should be able to fit this into your routine. Doing the 20 minute sessions each day reminds me how much I love and need my yoga. I would love to devote more time to yoga, but right now this is working for me.

I just started yoga and really appreciate the style and substance Rodney Yee brings to my practice. I feel great throughout the practice and that helps carry me through the day.

This is a great deal! The practice sessions are just long enough to make it worth the time and the concentrated practice areas are just challenging enough to show results at the next yoga class. Plus, Rodney's voice and the accompanying music is really soothing and wonderful.

I started my a.m. yoga a couple weeks ago, and I really am enjoying this in the morning. I look forward to it and I already feel the benefits during the day. I am so glad I purchased it, I had been picking it up and almost buying it for months, I should have done it sooner!

I like that each session reaches and focuses on a different part of the body. I stagger my cardio, Pilates and weight workouts; and the varied a.m. yoga sessions fit right into my "mix-it-up" regimen. 20 minutes are easily worked into my mornings.
