oops I may have rated the wrong CD earlier. Nevertheless I love this and have been using it most mornings for a month now. Its only missing one thing and that's an intro. I find it hard to jump out of bed and right into forward or backbends or standing moves. But I have his Yoga for energy so I play the morning segment of that then do one of these five. I love Rodney, my all time favorite instructor. I have a ton of other DVDs by other people I really should give them away cause I only use the ones by Rodney.

I am so glad I purchased this DVD. I love the 5 unique yoga segments! I have bought other DVDs in the past that are longer, and I always feel guilty when I don't have time to complete it in the morning, or I end up feeling rushed if I try to push through to the end. These 20-25 minute workouts are perfect! They get me mentally and physically prepared to face my day, without consuming too much time.

I have been doing Pilates and Yoga for several years and this is the best DVD I have ever used.
The 20 min timing is perfect and he is walking you through every move. So perfect I have just ordered the Power Yoga. Thanks Rodney Yee.

These workout are not easy but make a great way to start the day. I would love to see a similar program with 10 minute work outs. 20 minutes can be a little long in a busy morning.
