Rated 1 out of 5 by VERY Disappointing. I have many Rodney Yee yoga CDs and love them all. This  is awful. I'm shocked! There isn't much difference in any of the  supposedly different practices and everyone is totally focused on forward bends. After one. Week of this my back was killing me. And it has this weird tinging pinging  music. Perhaps it was supposed to be energizing but why would you use the same music during something thats supposed to be calming. I'd call this Forward Bends to Irritating music!, April 3, 2014
