I am a busy single mom who has only about 30-45 minutes a day to workout, but I really like the description of the Rodney Yee’s Power Yoga Collection because of all the benefits your body gets from this collection and need to know if I just work on 1 full-length power yoga video a day if I will still get the benefits of all three? I also want to know if one of the full length power yoga programs should be done more often than any of the others that come with this collection?

This Collection includes Yoga Burn, Power Yoga, and Yoga Conditioning for athletes. This is ideal for an intermediate yoga practice. As long as you know your basic yoga poses and are ready to push your practice, this collection will be great for you!
