Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We’ll credit or refund the value of the items returned and any taxes you were charged less the original shipping charges and SmartLabel return charge, if you choose this option. Please contact Customer Relations for more information regarding our return policies. Credit card adjustments should appear within two billing cycles. Purchased online or from a catalog? Catalog and Internet returns must be returned by mail to the address at left. Leave it in your mailbox, give it to your postman, drop it at a post office or create a free USPS pick-up at your house. We are unable to process web or catalog purchases at retail stores. Purchased at a store? If you need to return or exchange a Gaiam product you purchased at a retail location, please return it to the store where it was originally purchased. Questions?
