Gaiam wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase experience. We hope you love everything you receive from us, but if you’re less than 100% satisfied, you may return or exchange any item at any time for any reason.

We want to make it right for you, as quickly and easily as possible.

 

Step 1


Fill out the return info on the back of your order form.
Can’t find your order form? Download a copy of the return form.

Want to exchange it? Let us know what you want and we’ll ship replacement products free – even if you add more items to your replacement shipment! (Oversize shipping charges may apply.)

 

Step 2
Option 1 | Use your preprinted SmartLabelTM to return the order.
Peel and stick the label (found on the front of your order form) to your box, then drop it in the mail. Return shipping will be automatically deducted from your refund. See the chart below for costs. Many customers find this is the most convenient, inexpensive option.

If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, return shipping’s on us!

Print a new return label.

You can also track your return via SmartLabel.

 

Option 2 | Return the order yourself via USPS, FedEx or any other traceable method.
We encourage you to insure your package.

Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We’ll credit or refund the value of the items returned and any taxes you were charged less the original shipping charges and SmartLabel return charge, if you choose this option. Please contact Customer Relations for more information regarding our return policies. Credit card adjustments should appear within two billing cycles.

Purchased online or from a catalog?
Catalog and Internet returns must be returned by mail to the address at left. Leave it in your mailbox, give it to your postman, drop it at a post office or create a free USPS pick-up at your house. We are unable to process web or catalog purchases at retail stores.

Purchased at a store?
If you need to return or exchange a Gaiam product you purchased at a retail location, please return it to the store where it was originally purchased.
