Rated 4 out of 5 by Liked the layout! The moves are fairly are easy to follow I like it that it's fast paced but not to the point where you don' t know how to follow each move. On the other hand it's not for beginners! But overall I really like it, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to amp it up a little.  September 4, 2014

It kicks my butt everytime....i have done it 3-4 times a week for almost a month now and it never gets easy; which is good because then i would worry that it isn't working. There are a lot of workouts on this DVD and I haven't gotten to do all of them yet. I usually can only endure 2 back to back but hoping to build my strength up to do longer workouts. May 25, 2011
