I really feel great about my work out when I'm done. I like to use 10 lbs weights in each hand with this DVD and it's a challenge, love it! Rated 3 out of 5 by Definitely Boot Camp! I purchased the Boot Camp DVD along with the Reebok Cardio Tone DVD because I made a conscious effort to start working out. I've only done the boot camp dvd once because I'm trying to build my strength and threshold (through pilates and cardio tone). What I really like about these workout DVDs is you can pace yourself and do one work out or several depending on your ability and time. They are set up on the DVD by type of workout and time it takes which is great when you're working out before work. I can tell already that once I am more physically prepared the Boot Camp will be well worth it. May 25, 2011
