Rated 5 out of 5 by I was sceptical but the neck and shoulder pain finally got the better of me. This little tool is amazing. It eases the muscle tension very quickly and can be used for reading or watching TV - you do not have to lay flat on the floor as pictured. It supports your head very gently but in a perfect position. Give it a try - you won't be sorry. (I agree with someone else that a washable cover would be beneficial in the long run.) Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Product I purchased this product because I have problems with my neck and spine. I use it often when my neck is feeling over worked, or stressed. I put it under my neck and focus on my breathing to relax and soon the tension in my neck is relieved and I feel much better after using it. February 13, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by Glad I finally bought it... I'd been debating on whether or not to buy this for months and I'm glad I finally did. It is so easy to use and it does relax my neck muscles. It costs much less than all those trips to the Chriopractor! Thanks, Gaiam! February 13, 2010
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good value This devise is certainly no replacement for a chiropractor's traction harness but for occasional use it helps. January 18, 2010
Rated 3 out of 5 by Nothing Special Here I was very excited to try this product since it had good reviews, but I feel disappointed with this purchase because 1) the instructions are so brief that I have no idea if I'm using it properly. I followed the limited instructions, but it feels awkward on my neck once I lay down; 2) the padding material feels cheap and already looks to be breaking down around the edges. Seems like it should have come with a cover over the padding; and 3) most importantly, it only marginally has helped my neck pain. January 13, 2010
