Rated 1 out of 5 by Gaiam exercise DVDs are a delightful and necessary part of my life every day. It is fun to have a variety of exercises and styles to do. I found this routine so boring that after the second run I threw it away. It is so slow. I am very fortunate and happy and relaxed, so I suppose I just didn't need it - or something!? Love Gaiam - part of my life - except for this. It would be very good for someone who needs to have a big yawn! January 25, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very Helpful I felt that this DVD was very helpful in helping me relax. I enjoyed it very much! May 6, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by I have knee problems as well as other health problems and I found this very easy and I felt so good after using it. I would highly recommend this dvd July 29, 2010
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Way to Learn This is the second QiGong DVD from the Garripolis that I have bought, as I really enjoyed my first one. I like that Daisy explains the meaning of the forms, which can help you think about incorporating the motions into your daily life to reduce stress. The DVD was shorter than it said - really no more than 25 minutes. It is short and gentle enough to do in the evening to relax before bed. March 10, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by excellent way to end a stressful day I have found this Qigong practice excellent for releasing stress at the end of the day. It isn't difficult to do so I look forward to doing it. The practice makes me feel relaxed, able to sleep well, and I feel better physically. January 24, 2010
