Rated 2.4 out of 5 by 7 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by the quality of the dvd was very poor,. no sound 2 of the 3 videos I purchased were not useable due to no sound or dragging and pixalating to the point they are not watchable. No point in returning them because of the cost of shipping would negate any perceived value. 15 min Yoga was the only one viewable May 8, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Pretty Good Standard Stretches As with all Rodney Yee videos, this does not disappoint. It is a pretty good, detailed instruction on some basic moves to strengthen and loosen troublesome back areas. It is pretty general to the entire back and hip-opening. Not much time is spent on shoulders and neck. NOTE: Several moves utilize a chair and some other props, such as a strap. February 12, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by DVD RUNTIME ERROR I recently made a purchase for this DVD, and am very upset to find that the advertised runtime of about 67 minutes is not, in reality, the case.  The workout I received was 25 minutes in length, and did not include any of the exercises that are depicted on the back cover.  I'm wondering if the "Yoga for Back Care for Beginners" Exercise was printed on these DVDs, but accidentally printed and distributed as a complete workout.  Nowhere on the DVD cover does it describe the contents of being a "Beginner's" exercise at all, and I am somewhat relaxed but also very dismayed that this product is faulty. Rated 3 out of 5 by Great content but only 20 minutes! I recently bought this at Target in an effort to find some relief for my ongoing back issues.  The content that I'm able to access is excellent and I do believe it is helping me  but it is only 20 minutes.  While to start out with, 20 minutes is probably adequate for me, the packaging advertises that it is 67 minutes approximate running time plus bonus back exercises.  Now that I've seen that others have had this same problem, I'm wondering if there is a defective batch of dvds?   August 11, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not as advertised I bought this DVD at Target due to some lower lumbar issues. I really enjoyed the exercises, EXCEPT this workout is only about 20 minutes long. The cover says the running time is approx. 67 minutes. Where's the rest of what I was promised and purchased!? I'll be exchanging it to see if I just got a bad disc, but I'm not optimistic based on another reviewer's same description. June 30, 2014

Decades ago, I picked up a box of tile, carried it down a couple flights of stairs, missed the step on the landing, and separated my left ilium from the sacrum.

Skilled Chiropractic treatment has reduced the pain on a dozen occasions since, but never fully heals the injury.

Will this DVD show me how to get the job done?

For specific medical advice, diagnoses, and treatment, please consult your doctor. The DVD's can be returned even after viewing so the best thing to do is to have them review it.

I used to practice yoga daily starting with the AM dvd. I fracutured 3 lower vertbre when I fell 7 feet 4 years ago and had a small herniated disc. I also tore my liver. I am fully healed and believe daily yoga saved my back because it was so flexible. I am just now starting back. Would the back dvd be good for my back?

With pre-existing injuries it is always a good idea to check with your physician before starting any sort of physical regimens. However I have a feeling he will tell you that you will benefit greatly from it. This is a great dvd for gaining more back mobility.
