Trudie Styler is an actress, film producer, director, human rights activist, environmentalist and organic farmer. Trudie’s charitable works for human rights and the environment have been recognized by many award-giving bodies, and through her work she is committed to working to improve the lives of impoverished and exploited children all over the world. In 1990, Trudie and Sting moved to Lake House in the English countryside and, determined to raise their children on a fresh and healthy diet, set about converting the 200 acres of farmland to organic status.

James D’Silva was born and raised in Goa, India, before moving to England to continue his training in classical and contemporary dance. Ten years ago he opened up his own Pilates studio in London – Bombay Gymkhana – and from this base his reputation has become well-established among his many devoted and celebrated clients. James teaches his own personally devised workouts, which incorporate Pilates, yoga and dance. Using a multifunctional workout machine he created, James specializes in exercise regimes that increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles and improve structural fitness.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Trudie Styler's Scultp and Ballet I studied ballet as a child and love to watch performances as an adult.  I did the tutorial once to remind my body of the names and the movements. It is easy to follows James DeSilva through the entire class. The chair routine, in short, makes me feel lovely.  May 29, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Ballet Workout It was a moderate workout for me. I thought it would be a little different having taken a Ballet Workout at a local gym. I thought there would be more dance involved but it was more of stretching and toning then a dance but it gives you a good workout. July 18, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent and easily learned I did ballet when I was young and have done zumba and other dance workouts. Even when I have been having knee problems I can still adapt this to my situation and get a good workout. It also makes you feel elegant afterwards. The narration by DaSilva can be a little distracting at times and I think he rushes some moves. But overall I think this is a good workout. February 23, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Way to Start or End Your Day This DVD is perfect way to align your body, mind and spirit. The workout stretches and strengthens your entire body in a short amount of time. James D'Silva's voice alows you to forget your concerns of the day as you move through each pose. The bonus twelve minute meditation is an amazing way to end the work out. This workout has dramatically improved my posture as well as my grace and muscle definintion. I look forward to doing this workout several times a week. August 17, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by So Much Fun! I have a couple of Trudie's DVDs and I love them all! This one was no disappointment. I had previously ordered The New York City Ballet's workout DVD's and hated them. Much to hard for me, long and disjointed. Trudie never fails to give me a good workout that doesn't feel like one, I'm having so much fun pretending to be a ballerina! Would recommend for all levels. February 8, 2011
