Rodney Yee was a professional ballet dancer who later studied Iyengar yoga. He travels nationally and internationally to conduct workshops, teacher–trainings and retreats. Rodney has been designing and performing in Gaiam programs for over 10 years. He has been featured on Oprah and other national programs.


Cameron Shayne is a high-ranking black belt in both Olympic-style Taekwondo and Yoshukai karate. He has trained for more than 20 years in the martial arts, and for nearly a decade in hatha yoga and meditation techniques.

Rated 4 out of 5 by More challenging than I thought... I find the Ten Zen Tummy Toners DVD to be challenging. I am not yet up to doing the full 40 minute workout, but do Rodney Yee's work out one day and then doing a Suzanne Deason DVD one day, I do Cameron Shayne's work out. Basically, I do this DVD every other day. I have noticed that my abs and obliques are sore and feel as though they are tightening up a bit. I can't wait to do the 40 minute work out in the very near future. May 29, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not focused on tummy While I would give this DVD thumbs up as far as yoga videos go (and that's why I didn't return it) calling this a "tummy toner" DVD is very misleading. There is nothing demonstrated on this DVD that is specific to the tummy - all are great yoga poses, but again, I didn't think I even got the right DVD until I looked at the package several times to make sure. No one even references the tummy during any of the exercises. So if you're looking for tummy toning exercises, take a pass on this DVD. July 1, 2010
Rated 3 out of 5 by Impact I think this would be fine for someone who can handle light jumping and lunging. I didn't realize it contained that when I bought it, and I can only do really low impact exercises because of my knees. However, I thought the content would be very good if not for that, so I would recommend it to others. May 24, 2010
