In my collection of approximately 20 yoga DVDs, this is by far the most practical and user-friendly morning practice that I own. I love the flexibility of choosing a particular focus, and whichever one is selected, inevitably it leads to doing more than one 20-minute work-out. Whether one does a 20-minute practice, or, time allowing, moves into a 40-60 minute practice, this DVD will leave one refreshed, relaxed and ready to greet the day.

I personally own over thirty yoga, pilates, and t'ai chi DVDs (mostly yoga). The "AM Yoga For Your Week" is by far the best of them all. One may use each of the five workouts on their own, or like I do, use one as a warm up for a longer workout. I personally choose one each day and then follow it up with the "Gaiam Yoga Club Lesson of the Day." It is a great combination. I have learned so much from the Yoga Club audio lessons and pose guides. I have fibromyalgia and chronic back pain and live forty miles from the closest town (Taos, NM). One can see how I don't get out much. The AM Yoga DVD starts off each and every of my practices. Today, I do Forward Bends and then my Graduation Practice from the Yoga Club! I feel so confident now in developing my own home practice. Highly recommended. And Rodney, really, where do you get the shirts that you wear on this DVD!! :)

After practicing this for just 3 weeks, I have noticed an amazing decrease with my migraine headaches and lower back problems. My overall outlook with mental, physical and spiritual health have changed dramatically for the better.
