I have 4 of Rodney's DVD's and enjoy all of them. I like the concept of five 20 minute segments. You can do a short workout or do several if time allows. A great addition to my yoga DVD library.

As with all of Rodney's DVD's / programs this one is well thought out, polished and great! I wish I could take one of his classes in person! This particular DVD gives you different programs to target different areas and they are each under 30 minutes! After work I can do one workout, a 10 minute meditation and still get dinner on the table at a resonable time! Thanks!

I have purchased multiple copies of this DVD for my friends and family. It is basic yet in the first 6 weeks I used it, I lost 3 inches over all. I work out at the gym with weights and find this DVD great for the days I do not go to the gym, plus I have been able to see the results in the fit of my clothing. Weight training is great for the bones, however losing the added inches has motivated me to share this with everybody. LOVE Rodney's approach and back ground surroundings for added serenity!

I love it... this dvd is perfect to start your day with mindfulness and exercise. It is easy to follow and guides you on a wonderful journey for health and well-being.

I love doing this DVD in the mornings before I get ready for work. It has five different workouts so I can pick an area that I feel needs focus for that day. Really helps me center myself in preparation for a busy day at work. I sit at a desk all day and this really helps alleviate a lot of my previous back and hip pain.
