This film tells the simple story of Siddhartha, a young Brahmin, and his search for a meaningful life. His voyage of discovery takes him through periods of sensual pleasure, material wealth and harsh asceticism, eventually leading him to the oneness and harmony that he had been seeking. Based upon the Herman Hesse novel of the same title, Siddhartha is lavishly shot on location in Northern India. 95 minutes.
