Let me start by saying I am a fitness buff, and this DVD was a killer!  Fantastic work out!  I was sore the next day!  Ms. Smith will kick your booty and keep going!  I love it!  I went through 3 sets of weights, 5, 8 and 10.   I started with the whole 60 min and it was non-stop.
