The Gaiam BalanceBall Chair is a revolution in office and home furniture and continues to be a customer favorite. The patented design combines fitness with comfort and ergonomic back support, all at an affordable price. With chiropractic pioneer Dr. Randy Weinzoff, Gaiam developed the BalanceBall Chair as an effective tool for strengthening core muscles and improving spinal alignment - both at home and at the office. Removable 52cm BalanceBall can be used for exercises on or off the chair. Easy assembly required. Taiwan.

About Dr. Weinzoff:
Dr. Randy J. Weinzoff, D.C., a 1990 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, has been providing a full spectrum approach to health and well-being for more than 14 years. A member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Dr. Weinzoff specializes in exercise and sports rehabilitation, nutritional analysis, and alleviation of chronic pain.

Chair Dimensions: 21"W x 31"H x 22"D; 13 lbs. The height of the back of the chair is 2 feet tall.
The base measures 20" wide from one side of the wheels to the other.
When exercise ball is inflated and on the chair, seat height is about 23"
The base of the chair is 6" off the ground
Designed for people 5'0" to 5'11" tall. Not designed to fit people 6'0" or taller, or 4'11" or shorter.
Weight limit: 300 lbs.
