Measurements: 68"L x 24"W x 8mm.

Material: Natural Rubber.

Care Instructions: Yoga mats release a very strong but harmless odor when first unwrapped. Please unroll and air out your mat for 2-3 days before use. Spot clean with our Yoga Mat Wash or damp cloth with cold water and mild detergent. Dry flat. Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 29 reviewers.
Rated 2 out of 5 by Slippery Mat I had high hopes when buying this mat, it felt grippy at first, and the padding was great, but as soon as I began to sweat I was sliding everywhere. I can't hold poses and it's incredibly distracting, so I can't use this mat anymore. At this price point this shouldn't be an issue. May 13, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not for me... I had been using the black Gaiam Sol Dry-grip 5mm mat, with great contentment.  My hubby wanted to join me in hot yoga, so I thought I'd order the fancier, thicker mat to try.  I found that I slipped quite a lot, which made focusing on my practice extremely difficult.  The mat didn't seem noticeably thicker either.  For the price, I much prefer my original mat, so I'm returning the Premium-Grip for exchange.   May 5, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Sweaty and Squishy! Love the spongy feel and great grip for the hot classes, but still thick enough to feel ok with my knees for extended stretching mat work, too.  The "new mat smell" has dissipated after airing it out and maybe 3-4 classes - no issues now. With or without a towel, this mat works great!  Love it! April 8, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by This is by far the best yoga mat I've ever had.  Im a yoga teacher and spend many hours on my mat.  I'm on my second one after completely wearing out my first mat. February 12, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by great for sore knees, great for sore knees , I was using a sleeping bag pad that was slipping on floor, this pad solved problem January 27, 2015

Answer:
We recommend that you wash the mat with a mixture of water and witch hazel. Mix equal parts of water and witch hazel (15% alcohol or less) in a spray bottle, spray your mat and wipe down. If you'd like you can add a few drops of essential oils to add an aroma!

I take Zyrtec every night. I have for years.
So, I can not say if it would bother me without my allergy med; but, I do not have an issue with the material of this product.

Answer:
I have a latex allergy also, and I develop cracks on my feet and hands that bleed.  So far, after continuous five-day-a-week use for the last two weeks, I have had no such problems.

Answer:
This mat probably weighs about 4-5 lbs.  It's very thick.  I keep it in a standard yoga mat bag however the bag will not close.  When I travel on a plane I take a 3mm yoga mat.

You will need to get a sling that has adjustable straps.  Mine fits in a regular yoga mat bag, however it will not close all of the way.

Answer:
We do not have a sling that will fit this mat. The only bags we have that will accommodate it are our Tree of Life Tote (05-52506), Everything Fits Bag (95-1389), or the Metro Gym Bag (95-1516).
