Lightweight, compact and feature a step counter, distance log, calorie counter and clock. Pedometer set up and usage instructions included.
ADVANCE PEDOMETER INSTRUCTIONS:
(please see other pedometer specific pages for instructions)
GETTING STARTED
Open the battery door by unscrewing cover. Place in provided battery. Make sure the polarity is correct. Close cover. Full segment will be displayed for approximately 2 seconds. Clock is then displayed on 2nd line of LCD.
MODE SELECTION
Press [MODE /OK] button to change from time mode to step mode, distance mode, calorie mode, stopwatch mode & setup mode.
SET THE TIME & ENABLE/DISABLE THE ALARM
In
Time mode:
• Press and hold [SET] button until the hour digits flashes
• Press [SET] button to increase the digits
• Press [MODE /OK] button to confirm hour setting and the minute digits will flashes
• Press [SET] button to increase the digit
• Press [MODE /OK] button again and the clock is set
• You can press hold [SET] button to increase the digits rapidly toggle the alarm function by pressing [SET] under
Time mode.
• When the alarm is on, the [alarm symbol] will show up.

If you do not press the buttons for more than 5 minutes the unit will go into [STANDBY] mode.
DISPLAY THE SET & SET THE TARGET STEP
In
Step mode:
• Press [SET/ arrow up] button to set your target steps you want to achieve.
• Press and hold [SET /arrow up] button until the first digit flashes.
• Press [SET / arrow up] button to increase the digit until the desire digit appears.
• Press [MODE /OK] button to confirm and switch to the second digit. Repeat the process until you reach the target steps settings.
• You can press hold [SET / arrow up] button to increase the digit rapidly
DISPLAY THE DISTANCE YOU HAVE WALKED
In
Distance mode:
• LCD displays the distance you have walked. User can change the unit (km/miles) in setup mode.
DISPLAY THE CALORIE BURNED
In
Calorie mode:
• LCD displays the calories you have burned.
STOP WATCH MODE
In
Stop Watch mode:
• Press [SET / arrow up] to start/stop the stop watch. Maximum counting time is 999 minutes.
• Press hold [SET / arrow up] to reset the counter.

When the user changes the mode while the stop watch is in use, the stop watch will keep counting and the “arrow” sign under
STW
will flash until the stop watch is disabled.
SET ALARM, 12/24 HR, UNIT, STRIDE, WEIGHT
In
Setup mode:
• LCD will display the current setting automatically. Press [SET / arrow up] button to enter the setup mode & change the current setting.
• Press [MODE /OK] button to confirm each setting.
12/24 hour mode
• Press [SET / arrow up] button to toggle between 12/24 hour mode. Press [MODE /OK] button when finished.
Set the alarm time
• Press [SET / arrow up] button to change the hour digit. Press [MODE /OK] button to confirm then press [SET / arrow up] button again to change the minute digit. Press [MODE /OK] button again when finished. You can press and hold [SET / arrow up] button to increase the digits rapidly
