Glass Butter Crock

Our Glass Butter Crock uses the same strategy as its handcrafted cousin, the French Butter Keeper (see related products) to keep butter fresh at room temperature for weeks, so it’s always soft and ready to serve. Just fill the serving dish with a stick of butter and the base with water. Invert the dish into the base and the water will seal out the oxygen that causes rancidity.
